產品結構設計邏輯：

Product structure design logic:

1.覆膜鋁片入刀面需柔軟便於入鑽，出刀面需堅硬防止毛刺產生；

依託高效水溶配方，覆膜層在常溫水環境中靜置180秒即可完全溶解，溶解效率較市面同類型產品提升約30%,避免殘留問題影響後續工序。

Utilizing a highly efficient water-soluble formula, the coating layer can be completely dissolved in a room-temperature water environment within 180 seconds. The dissolution efficiency is about 30% higher than similar products on the market, avoiding residue issues that may affect subsequent processes.

酚醛鋁覆板是錦東研發的一款新型的、單面覆鋁箔的酚醛樹脂蓋板。其導電層鋁箔與絕緣樹脂層結合緊密，避免翹曲、變形帶來的定深鑽定位精度誤差。它兼具了酚醛樹脂蓋板和金屬蓋板的優點，具有優異的綜合鑽孔性能，適用於背鑽、軟板和硬板的細小孔徑鑽孔。

Phenolic aluminum clad plate is a new type of phenolic resin cover plate developed by --Jintong, featuring a single-sided aluminum foil cladding. Its conductive aluminum foil layer is tightly bonded to the insulating resin layer, avoiding positioning accuracy errors in fixed-depth drilling caused by warping or deformation. It combines the advantages of both phenolic resin cover plates and metal cover plates, exhibiting excellent overall drilling performance and suitable for back drilling, drilling small-diameter holes in both flexible and rigid boards.
